- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are up front & competitive on all projects. You can't put a price tag on you or your family's safety
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know the customer and what the issue might be with an over the phone discussion. We may ask for a photo or a small video of any issues going on at the time. This could allow us to cut down time on troubleshooting which will save the customer excessive costs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed 4 years of trade school Currently studying in a program called CMECP I have a Master's & Electrical Inspectors License Allows looking for the educational edge to keep up with the latest and safest technology
