I was browsing zillow.com and other websites for homes/town homes in late Dec 2013. Phil contacted me via email. I called him and told him what I was looking for. He provided me with several listings for homes/condos/town homes within my price range. Phil worked with my schedule, even worked during the holidays to schedule showings for the listings I was interested in. By mid-January 2014, he found me 3 town homes in great locations. I closed one town home on Feb 8th and got it rented on March 1st, 2014. I am closing on another town home end of March 2014. We will probably close on the third town home sometime April (current owners are still looking for a place to live). We got these three town homes because Phil is so quick when it comes to submitting our offers and taking care of all the paperwork needed to seal the deal. He knows the market and got us great deals on the 3 town homes. He is the ultimate professional, he is very responsive and will return your call or emails in a timely manner no matter what time of the day or night. I highly recommend him. Review Update on Apr 3, 2018. Phil ensured that our earnest money on a cancelled contract was return promptly. Helping people We found a tenant to rent our house with a lease with purchase option. Phil was very helpful in providing us advice with a market analysis and looking at the house to determine a fair purchase contract.
