FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have helped so many client's in a variety of areas where they are stuck. There is no most common area, as each person experiences based on their personal experiences of the past and present. To name a few areas: Insomnia, stress, anxiety, divorce, low self-esteem, habits, weight, smoking, pain management, greif, depression, test anxiety, phobia's, and so much more.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important aspect of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy is a feeling of comfort with the therapist. Comfort and trust are vital in allowing the client to open up and access whatever needs to be released. This is why I offer and encourage my client's to meet with me for a free consultation, answer any questions or concerns and establish a level of comfort, with me and the hypnotherapy/psychotherapy process.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish there was a greater understanding and education of how emotions and false beliefs about ourselves affects every experience we have and how it is not difficult to uncover, discover and let go of that which keeps us stuck and suffering. It is our emotional state that most greatly colors our experiences of ourself and the outside world.
