I found Indigo through the recommendation of a friend, and she has been an invaluable, vital, part of my healing. I came to her with a broken heart and marriage that ended in my husband's suicide. She has helped me through it all. Indigo is someone I trust completely, which says a lot as I came to her during a time when I had lost all sense of who I could trust at all. She offers wisdom and compassion and can speak to me in words I can actually hear, no matter the level of my distress- which is no small skill. In case you can't tell, I'm a fan. :) Truly, I can't recommend her highly enough and really believe you will find the help you are looking for in her office.

Indigo helped me dig deep -- to clarify what I really wanted, and my odds of getting it with old ways of thinking, and to separate feelings from thoughts from actions. She also helped me get real about people in my life. She gave me tangible ways to think about things on my own between sessions. She was incredibly supportive, but asked good hard questions, in the end of course allowing plenty of room for me to be ok with my own choices. Her rates are very reasonable, and she was accommodating to my schedule.

My partner and I have been seeing Indigo for over 2 years now. We originally went to see her for issue specific help in our communication and for a safe place to speak our truths to one another. We were happy to see, and experience, her lack of judgement as to our relationship orientation. Over the years we have continued to see Indigo as an element in a healthy way of being held accountable to one another and our partnership. We feel like she is good at meeting us where we are at and facilitating good communication practices.

My time spent working with Indigo was invaluable to me. She gave me tangible, actionable tools to use in working through depression. I returned for another round of counseling when facing a handful of challenging life circumstances, and found those sessions to be similarly fruitful. Indigo was consistently compassionate, non-judgmental, and immediately willing and able to meet me where I was at. Together we assessed where things were at, and where *I* wanted them to be, and then we worked on getting them there. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $145 for a standard 50 minute session. We offer a limited amount of sliding scale slots to clients in need and who are able to commit to weekly therapy. We also offer extended 80 minute sessions for relational work at $205.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free consultations by phone/email. During that time we answer any questions that a client or clients may have about the process of therapy at Mile High.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both hold Master's degrees and have multiple post-graduate certifications in our areas of focus.
