- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Best value in Denver Metro area. I list and market properties for maximum value. No one will deliver more money at the closing table to a seller and no one will negotiate a better price if you're the buyer. I won't advise a buyer to over spend and I won't advise a seller to take less than maximum value. Every customer has their own goals when it comes to buying or selling real estate, I will help you meet your goals. Sometimes it isn't money, but I'll follow your lead and deliver on what it is you are looking to accomplish. Sell and close in 7 days? I'll get it done. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people, but I understand meeting in person may not be the ideal first step for a new client. Often we start by chatting on the phone and then perhaps exchange several emails to see if we should meet to further discuss their goals. Buying and selling real estate is easy when a client finds the right agent who's looking to help them meet their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Real Estate Agent in Colorado. Licensed General Contractor. License Carpenter Contractor. I couldn't begin to calculate the hours of educational training - 10K? 20K? its a lot. Annually attend best of practices educational courses to maintain my awareness of what's new in my industry and what's next.
