Jason was extremely helpful, providing us a lot of information, helping to check out the quality of each place, arranging for non-stop visits over the course of an intense 4-day house hunting trip, and letting us know that one area may be risky due to an ongoing builder dispute. Additionally he replies much more quickly than any other realtors that I have ever dealt with ... he really cares about making sure you have all of the information that you need.

As a first time buyer I had no idea where to start and what the important questions I needed answered before putting in a offer. First decide whether or not the agent has the best interest at heart for you whether its as a seller or a buyer. My first agent kept telling me I was going to lose the house and I needed to put an offer over asking with every home I had a glimpse interest in. Jason explained the home buying process very clearly but he also pointed out things in the home that were good and bad. Jason is not pushy in anyway and very patient. When buying a home you want the realtor to be persistent and reachable. I did see about 8 homes with Jason and with every single one he gave me his honest opinion on my chances of getting the house. I actually only had to write 2 offers and the second offer was accepted because of Jason's excellent work. He knows how to make your offer competitive and that’s something that is key in the home buying process. Jason helped me though the whole process from beginning to end and even after the home closed. Jason is an excellent real estate agent in short words. I recommend him to EVERYONE!

I can't say enough GREAT things about Jason as our Real Estate Agent! Not only did he go above and beyond with everything that you would normally expect from a solid real estate agent such as REALLY listening to our needs as a family in looking for our new home, accommodating scheduling requests that were at times difficult to coordinate and taking extra time in the evenings and weekends to take us out to see homes, Jason helped us deal with a number of "out of the ordinary" obstacles along the way. After dealing with my probably overwhelming number of request of homes we would like to see and finally falling in love with a house, Jason was quick to point out that the home was listed as a 3 bedroom but the "third" bedroom was non-conforming because it didn't have a closet. In order to ensure that the home appraised at asking price, Jason negotiated with the listing agent on our behalf to have the sellers build a closet and offer a home warranty for appliances all in a hot SELLER'S market! Thankfully the closet was built at a very cheap cost and the house appraised. We actually got money BACK at closing! My wife and I also unexpectedly had to deal with some personal concerns during the month leading up to our closing as gave birth to our son 3 months wary. Jason made himself available at all times of the day in order to help us out and make our home purchase as easy and seamless as possible. Jason is a great guy and a great agent! We would strongly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home, especially if this is your first home!

Jason is incredibly responsive and helpful in the home search. Rather than just setting up a search in some software Jason actually takes the time to look for places that might be a good fit and then makes sure he is available to actually go and view the places. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new place!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    When I represent you as a buyers agent I will never ask you for a penny. Any office time, research, printouts, gas, drive time, making appointments, home showings (no matter how many), my guidance, my HONEST expert opinion, your real estate education (the in the field, hands on version) etc. are all part of the job and I only get paid (shared with me from seller's agent) when we find you the home of your dreams. I also have all necessary resources to get us from beginning to end during our journey. I work with the best lenders, inspectors and insurance agents. I will work with you and give you references (if needed) and help set you up contacts, introductions and appointments with these necessary checkpoints through the home purchase. As your full service sellers agent, I have a competitive commission rate that is set by my brokerage that will be charged. Those funds will be the reward for getting your home sold and pay for my out of pocket expenses including but not limited to - my office time, marketing, open houses, pictures, phone calls, contract negotiations, document storage, E&O insurance, brokerage fees, MLS fees, viewing fees, setting up and working with the title company through the title process, working closely with the buyers agent (who gets 50%) to make sure that we hit all of our contract dates and deadlines during the sale process. In some cases I will also pay for home cleaning, staging, drone footage, virtual 360 video and home warranties, depending on situation and price point. Also from the commission of our successful sale, as per all offices, I will owe my broker their cut. I of course will pay all due income taxes from these funds as well. I feel I owe you full disclosure as to where all of the dollars you are paying to sell your home are actually going. With all of that being said, if you are looking to sell a home and purchase a new one, I have the ability to move down on my commission regarding multiple transactions.

    It was a calling after I bought my first home. I had such a great feeling of accomplishment during and after the process, I had such pride in owning my own home, I decided that it was my true calling to help people experience those same feelings.

    I work with all types of clients. From VA and FHA to million dollar homes. There is no minimum or maximum on the price points of the homes I help clients find.
