After pausing taking vacations (thanks to COVID) we decided to take a much need vacation. I found Ashley purely by chance. We had never used a travel agent but decided to try this time. I have to say she made the entire process so easy. Between the pricing she was able to get for us and all the questions we had. She was patient and professional. We definitely always will go to her to book any trips we take in future. We could not be happier.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    IMPORTANT: I DO CHARGE A SERVICE FEE TO ALL CLIENTS WHEN THEY RECEIVE THEIR QUOTE WHICH COVERS THE TIME I SPEND TO RESEARCH AND FORMULATE THE INFORMATION FOR YOU IN A CLEAR MANNER...I send payment invoices through Square© and your payment details are never shared directly with me. If any commissions need to be added in from specific companies or deals passed onto you, that is also broken down in the quote info as well. I do charge a percentage of cost of travel (service fee) for large groups just to keep the lights on ... There are some bundle deals that commission will be added separately if it is on a special rate passed onto the customer from me. I am always upfront about the pricing and will always send payment invoices to clients in order to get paid through Square©. I accept payments through Square, Cash App and/or PayPal as well. Square is the most convenient and secure way to pay the service fee and any transactions that require payment (airfare, accommodations, etc) . PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I always send a greeting message to introduce myself and if I decide to provide you a quote through the system here, 99.9% of the time, that price is final, unless of course the plans change or pricing for the package increases between the time we talk and it gets paid for. I always provide clients my contact phone number and email address. When I get a response from customers and we agree to work together, I get to work getting started on the hunt for the best deals I can get you. I understand how important vacations are to life, and how impactful they can be -- especially for once in a lifetime things like Honeymoons or Memorial trips. Prices in the industry are always subject to change, and payment is required at the time of your quote being sent, or within 24 hours to ensure your travel details do not change because it wasn't reserved in time. I take thorough notes about your request and any information you provide from then in order to be sure I don't miss anything. when I get the deals secured, I draft a price quote (and a mock itinerary if needed) and pass it to the customer through email. When the client agrees, we book the trip and my payment invoice is sent for my fee.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have taken very intense training in order to learn what I need to about the travel industry and also received training and recognition through Disney for being a specialist in their offerings. we also take trainings for each of the Cruise companies we use as suppliers to learn about their ships and standards in order to be the most informed for any questions that arise from clients or potential customers.
