Jill came to our cabin to do a personal yoga class with us. She was wonderful and we all enjoyed our practice with her very much. She was willing do hear what we were interested in working on and came prepared to do just that. She is easy to follow and has a very calming presence. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Question: What are your price points for different services? Answer: I specialize in working with clients one on one or in groups, to create a long-term, sustainable and customized yoga practice. My prices are pro-rated to meet you and your group's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Each individual creates and inhabits their yoga and meditation practice in a unique way. Our approach is to listen intently to our client's desires for their practice, during our first meeting together. Here, we will complete an intake assessment regarding your distinct practice philosophy, and then customize a program that melds seamlessly into your lifestyle, schedule and goals for developing a fulfilling, energizing and life-enhancing yoga and/or meditation practice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Jill is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) trained in the tradition of Vinyasa Yoga, through Kindness Studio in Golden, CO. She received her Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from the University of Denver in 2014. As a social work graduate student, Jill completed classes in personal self-care and the Mind/Body Connection.
