My rate is $135 per hour and certain projects can be billed at a flat fee, based on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally speak to each client to obtain all relevant facts. I listen and answer any and all questions a new client has. We then work together to determine the next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated 2nd in my law school class, and continue to educate myself today, through classes, seminars and networking with other attorneys. Throughout my career I have developed extensive expertise on a wide range of commercial transactions and am well positioned to counsel my clients not only from a legal perspective, but from a business perspective as well.
