On Sunday, our hot water heater started leaking. With Thanksgiving company on their way and a snowstorm rolling in, needless to say we were desperate to get our hot water back as quickly as possible. Another plumber came out Monday, diagnosed the problem, and quoted us an outrageous price for the repair. I began calling other companies, but given the snowstorm, was finding it difficult to found someone who could come out right away. Tuesday morning I called Corey at Northern Colorado Residential and my mind was immediately set at ease. Their Thumbtack reviews did not lie - these guys are straight shooters, honest, efficient, and a breeze to deal with. Corey and his team came out despite the snow and fixed our water heater for a little over half of what the other guys wanted to charge us. He was also educational - he walked my husband through what he was doing so that if this happens again in the future, we now know how to fix it ourselves. All on short notice, and all for a reasonable price. We are so relieved and thankful to have this problem solved just in time for the holiday. Thank you Corey!!

The entire team went above and beyond. I contracted them to do work for my moms remodel and there was lots of unknowns on my end but they went to extra mile to get her taken care of and were very thorough. Everything is working great and they were able to meet our schedule as well.

My wife and I moved into our house and the previous owner hadn't completely finished the deck railings. With dogs ruining our grass and a 2 yr old thinking she is on America Ninja Warrior, it was time to get the railings finished and install a gate on the main opening of our deck... Cory and Regina were responsive, estimated the job properly, and even came back out to make some minor adjustments to the gate after the job was done. They were friendly, real, and I will be holding on to their contact info for future jobs.

We offer free estimates and typically our pricing is lower than our competitors and the quality exceeds many. We are detail oriented and are proud to put our names on our projects. Customer satisfaction is our goal.

We will give a free estimate for the project and we do not change our prices unless the scope of work is changed by the customer. The customer is contacted for arrival times and knows the itinerary for the project.
