- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee schedule is variable depending on the scope of work and materials. I do offer a multi project or returning client discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with potential clients to discuss their goals and budget for their project(s). After our initial meeting I'll shop for the best materials within our ideal budget and compile a comprehensive estimate including labor, materials and possible options if available. Once a plan is established, we move forward with getting the project going. I prefer to consult with the client as the project progresses to ensure that they are satisfied before its completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is a combination of hands on experience, observation of seasoned pros, and an affinity for acquisition of knowledge via research.
