Introduction: The strategies for business growth and building high performing teams that I share are hard earned from personal experience. I learned a lot during the turn around of my family's 100 year old $120 million business that was losing $3.5 million a year when I first became CEO. I understand the challenges facing business owners and leaders today and can relate to the pressure they are under to grow revenue and profits, increase market share, find and retain good people and create a compelling vision for the future. Leadership can be tough and I have learned a lot from my mistakes over the past 20 years that I share with my audiences by telling entertaining stories and adding a high level of audience participation and interaction in my programs so the audience members are far more likely to do something different to improve performance once they return to work. I like helping business owners and leaders to build a great team around them so that their organization can prosper while they find a better balance in their own life.

Richard Bryan is an excellent speaker who engages with the audience and delivers his message with clarity and humour. His presentation style is professional, polished and entertaining. I have now heard Richard speak a couple of times and in both cases I have not been disappointed. He speaks from a position of knowledge that proves not only interesting, amusing and informative but provides you with practical actions that you can implement, when you return to the office on a Monday morning. If you haven't heard Richard speak, I would thoroughly recommend that you make the effort to do so.

Richard Bryan spoke to my Vistage group of CEO's about the real life lessons he learned in business. It was compelling and educational. It reminded all the CEO's that people are still our most important asset and we need to select them well, train them appropriately ,and support them for success if we what to have success in life. He is a lively presenter with an easygoing style and excellent communications skills. At the time his handouts could be improved a bit.

Richard Bryan delivers a fact based presentation that is a must for a business that is family run. Succession planning is a given and Richard articulates the path. In parallel there are lessons learned for those that are moving up the ladder as the CEO/Pres. shifts to a new role as Chairman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my services depending on a number of factors including length of presentation, format and level of customization required. Local gigs also get a significant discount off my normal fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone call to discuss their specific goals for their event and then I create a proposal with two or three different options and budgets.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am always attending conferences and educational events as well as being active in the business community and reading a lot.
