Introduction: Our services are extremely personalized and we care to make sure that working with Caput Vada is a conversation, not a dictation. Caput Vada is owned and operated by Aisha who completes most of the tasks herself -- from menu creation and food preparation, to service of the event. Executing an event that brings big smiles to peoples' faces and relieves stress is an amazing feeling. I of course also love to create food. I love playing with flavors and educating people about their palette.

Aisha went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be happier! I reached out to her for catering a private event I was hosting. I had never really had an event catered before, so I just told her what kind of food I was looking for. I was able to let her know the type of food I enjoyed, and we worked out a price range for how fancy I wanted the food to be. She then took the time to make me a sample menu based off my needs and preferences I had given her. Everything looked delicious so I didn't make any changes, but she took the time to make sure I was happy with the menu and what was to be expected for the event. When the event finally came around, Aisha arrived well beforehand to make sure everything was set up and ready to go when the guest arrived. Everyone there absolutely LOVED the food. There was plenty to go around and it all tasted very fresh and flavorful. It was exactly what I was looking for. Aisha was very friendly at the event and made sure all of my guests were happy and satisfied. I really couldn't recommend her enough if you are ever in need. She is a fantastic cook and a pleasure to work with. You can tell she really cares about her customers and goes that extra mile to make sure you are happy and all of your needs are met. Aisha was exceptional. Her menu planning, meal preparation, and attention to deal surpassed all of our expectations. We had a dinner party in our home for 14 people total, and she made a delicious meal of appetizers, soup, salad, main courses, and dessert. Caput Vada catering is delicious, professional, and worth her weight in gold. My guest were especially impressed with her. I couldn't stop reading the menu and the food was better. I will see her again at my next event. DELICIOUS!
