FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two ways I price jobs - either by the hour or bid the job in it's entirety. Troubleshooting jobs are typically by the hour as this can take a simple fix or it may be a few hours depending on the issue. Design builds/Adding/Removing/Updating - typically these are what I do a walk though with you then I send out a bid/proposal for the job. I do offer a senior discount of 10%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Typically I start by doing a walk though with you, going over what you are looking to achieve, any issues you feel need to be addressed. 2. After our walk though, I send you a bid/proposal outlining the scope of work, a timeline, proposed dates and the projected amount. 3. During the process, I generally update as we make progress and if anything changes occur either unforeseen problems or a change you would like to make, we stop and reassess the situation. (I do not make changes without your knowledge/permission) 4. After the work is complete, you and I both walk the job to ensure everything is completed to your specifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Journeyman Electrician with the state of Colorado. I have also completed OSHA 30 safety course, CPR/First Aid certified and certified training in all types of scissor/aerial lifts.
