Mike is absolutely one of the best personal trainers that I have worked with over the years. I interviewed several trainers but knew as soon as I met Mike and we had our trial session that he was the trainer for me. As both a registered dietitian and personal trainer, his total diet/fitness regimen has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I have dropped over 15 pounds in less than 4 months while putting on more defined muscle tone. My energy level is at an all-time high and my overall body fat is down by over 5%. Beyond the measurable results, Mike is a joy to be around. He is a true professional but we are able to laugh and enjoy ourselves during our training sessions. I regularly get texts from Mike checking in on how things are going and to remind me to eat more fruits and veggies!! He is genuinely invested in his clients' success above and beyond the workouts. Best Personal Trainer in Colorado I started working out with Justin in January. I was pretty lean when I began working out with him, but still lost 15 pounds in 3 months while increasing my strength on bench press, squat, and power clean. Justin comes up with fun and creative workout routines, which makes each session an enjoyable experience rather than a chore. He is very motivational and has incredible knowledge when it comes to fitness whether it’s fat loss, muscle/strength gain, injury prevention, Justin knows it all. If you live around Fort Collins I highly recommend you hire him as your personal trainer. Even if you have been working out on your own with good results I still recommend hiring him, because working out with him will give you quick results that you may have thought were unreachable. Worth every single penny!
Working with Chad at Obstacle Destruction is both invigorating and challenging. We meet three times a week and I have seen remarkable changes in myself and my stamina. He uses state of the art techniques combined with inventive workouts to take my fitness to the next level. Chad works with my time constraining schedule to make sure we meet every week. He has always been knowledgeable and supportive as he pushes me through new and challenging routines. My current goal is to get ready for the Navy PST, and as it stands, I am on track to blow it out of the water because of Chads advice and knowhow. Working with Karisa has been great. She is very knowledgeable in proper form and every workout has been more challenging than the last. She is very encouraging but doesn't let you slack off. She has helped me set up a food journal and tracking my food but doesn't make you feel bad about your choices. I would highly recommend Karisa for personal training!
Cyndy's private fitness sessions are amazing! She assisted me in building strength, when I didn't think it was possible. She worked with me gradually, at the pace my body could handle, and now I'm stronger. She also gave me exercises that I can do on my own to continue advancing!

My weight and health has always been a source of anxiety for me. Having a small boned body and being short but not obese, has proved it very difficult for me to find the right food and dietary plan to help me get back on a road to health and lose weight. Initially I had little hope, but Melissa was right there by my side. It was hard but with her help, support and guidance I have been seeing amazing results. She has been right at my side encouraging, guiding me and being my biggest cheerleader. Her exercise plan is challenging and gives the best results. I have re-found my waistline and my flabby arms have started to get definition again. My goal was to fit into my white skinny jeans, and with the help of Melissa, I fit into them again. I never thought that would be possible. Most of all she gave me easy to achieve goals small steps as she calls them. Melissa never discourages me to not eat what I want, instead she preaches moderation and gives you alternatives- if you fall off the wagon one day, jump back on the next is what she tells me. She is patient and firm at the same time. She has given me the tools to live a life that is vibrant and healthy and energetic. From cooking lessons, one-on-one training sessions and shopping trips she has been just what I needed. I highly recommend her to everyone.
