Aaron did a wonderful job installing our coax. The house is older and had never had coax. He made the installation seamless and unnoticeable.

Jacob and Vaughn were prompt and so willing to assist with the projects I needed help with. They were able to locate and bill me for the correct mounting support. My only complaint would be how long the project took (4+ hours to mount a tv and hang a mirror) and they did not clean up the mess left from drilling holes in the walls but overall they did a great job.

I immediately received a response from Fence Builders which allowed me to view their website and see that they were local and had sincere sounding reviews. When I engaged with Ray it was confirmed that he was not out to sell his company, more like he explained what he could do and he came to the house and gave us the estimate promptly and told us when he could get the fence installed. I hired Jordan from Ashcraft to mount our TV above our fireplace. He arrived as scheduled to do the job but discovered that it was more complicated than originally expected. Regardless, Jordan did everything he could to get the job done. Even though we ran into a few challenges and unfortunate circumstances, Jordan was diligent with completing the job and doing it well. Jason did a great job walking me through the project and pointed out a couple other things I hadn't bought of that should be done at the same time. That said, the work suggested was just a more complete scope, not an upsell. TV and Sonos mounted perfectly, home network now totally functional and working great. Dave is absolutely wonderful! He is extremely detail oriented, clean, and does truly exceptional work. Dave is also very polite and personable. He has installed multiple fans, lighting fixtures, TV mounts, and curtain rods etc for us. We have scheduled with him multiple times and he always exceeds our expectations. We have referred him to family and friends and will continue using him for all of our projects going forward.

I spoke with Cowboy Jim on the phone to reserve the service for a tv mounting and he was super nice and professional! Matt was the tech who came to our home to do the mounting, and he went above and beyond in both work and customer service and follow up.
