FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very reasonable, we perform eight out of ten jobs we receive. Because the hourly rate is for smaller jobs. When we take on larger jobs we bid the job as a whole and this makes the labor quite inexpensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Handyman jobs are done on date and time of schedule. There is no bid or waiting period because these jobs are done by appointment. Larger contractor jobs, we first come to the job site, get all the information. Then discuss the finer points to save money and time. A materials list is created and handed to supplier. The bid for labor and materials is sent to clients via company email. And when the materials are dropped on site the job is started. The client is billed after signing off on completed job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience in new construction, remodeling and historical renovations. Also building for Air Force Bases, Naval Weapons Stations, and State and Federal jobs.
