- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client is given an estimated price based on size, description, etc. The initial price is likely higher than what the recurring price will be and can be negotiated following the first service. This allows for the fairest price to be offered for both parties. It's otherwise more or less of a guessing game because no two properties are identical. Driving around inspecting properties solely for estimates is time-consuming and unprofitable. If a trip is being made to your property the grass might as well get cut in the process.

20+ yrs experience Bachelor's degree in Agronomy.
