Jean was amazing to work with during my individual sessions. She helped me target areas in my body that were not being properly utilized. She created a personalized posture flow that addressed my sore/weak shoulders and neck as well as postures to improve my core strength. Her instructions were so easy to understand and she guided me through the flow in a very gentle manner.

I came to Jean with foot and knee problems. She listened carefully and developed a unique set of exercises for me. Through 6 one-on-one sessions, I experienced ongoing pain relief and increased strength. Jean's hand-illustrated exercise sheets have served me well as a great reference when I practice my exercises at home. Thanks Jean!!!.
