True Story: Dane arrived to set up and I had a roof leak from a rain storm. He proceeds to spend his first bit of time at the house helping with the leak, then moves into cooking an unbelievable meal for a surprise party. Every single guest; "Dane was so fantastic, Dane's food was amazing, what a great chef and personality", and so on...thank you Dane. A very unpredictable evening which you handled with the utmost willingness to help and professionalism. 5 stars and then some...can't wait to find another reason to have you back!!

Chef Dane was incredibly flexible in planning our menu. He was extremely personable and fun to talk to while he was cooking. The food was phenomenal (best steak I have ever had) and he completely cleaned up after cooking. All around an amazing experience.

Amazing chef! Chef Dane prepared delicious meals for 12 people, 3 times a day, for four days while we celebrated our family Christmas. This allowed us more time to spend with the family and less time in the kitchen. Everyone, ages 7-67, enjoyed having Chef Dane on site! We give Chef Dane five stars and look forward to working with him in the future.

Dane was wonderful overall. He cooked an Anniversary dinner for just my husband and I. He's easy going but professional and his menu was stellar.
