Scott couldn't fix my printer, but that's either because the new ink cartridge I had was defective or my printer had seen its days (its a few years old). Because of the type of printer I have is a throw-away technology there are no replacement parts. Scott gave me my best options, and since there was nothing he could do, he didn't charge me anything! What a great guy!
