- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer various discounts for business and individual clients. For businesses, we keep our fees within your budget because we understand how important that is. For individual tax clients, we offer various payment options to reduce the burden of tax time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients, whether a business or individual, we ask questions in addition to those asked by Thumbtack regarding the work to be performed to ensure we provide a complete, accurate, and thorough service. We also setup a client folder using an online service, such as the Client Portal on our website or through Dropbox, to make it easier for the client to provide their documents, as well as allowing us to provide documentation back to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has 25 combined years of experience in accounting and finance, as well as education at the bachelor's and MBA levels.
