- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try and provide the best prices for our customers to keep them within their projects budget so all of our prices are negotiable. We have a dedcated team that searches the local & national markets daily to reinsure we keep our prices below current market prices for any job we do whether its simple drywall repair,or demo of small or large buildings, junk removals or just a routine cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ProKleen's typical process with a new client. Is a very simple one, we start off by asking our customers. What they want done. What the end goal of thier project should be. Then a meeting is set up with our clients on site at the property. Measurements and pictures are taken with a walk threw of the site. A series of question are asked. Notes are taken and the process of thier project is talked threw. And the different stages are explained to our client. The meeting is adjourned we head back to office and begin working on their bid estimate. Usually they will have thier bid emailed to them with in a few days. But it can take a few days longer depending on how complex or big the project is. Once approved our staff reaches out to our client and schedules the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years in the industry. Working with compaines that are nationally recognise with strick training guidelines. And national certification training as well. We have work close with health department agency's ,O.S.H.A , and state department's. We put all of our tech threw weekly training, monthly evaluations, code of conduct meetings, uniform inspections, all weather driving courses, blood borne pathogen traning, P.P.E and chemical safety classes.
