Tom did a wonderful job with our ceremony. We wanted a neutral, non-denomination ceremony, and he did a great job. He was very easy going and understanding throughout all of our interactions. We also did a couple premarital "counseling" sessions which were helpful to focus us amidst the craziness of wedding planning. Our only areas of improvement would be punctuality and record keeping/general organization. His relaxed, free-spirit is great in most circumstances; just make sure you are on task with what needs to be done. Overall, we would recommend him! Our ceremony turned out exactly how we wanted it.
We still have along road ahead of us. Rachel was the first counselor we both trusted. Clean atmosphere..
I have known Lynn for several years and I find her to be an honest, caring person. I am 82 years old, and I have enjoyed her readings, her counseling, her mentoring, and have received a healing thru a Reiki session. I wanted so to hear from my parents, my brother, my favorite cousin and the parents of a very special person in my life. She was able to contact them all and pass their message on to me and I was amazed that the things she told me, only that person would have known. She has counseled me and helped me get thru some trying times. She has mentored me several times when I just needed someone to talk to confidentially. I had some bad times health wise this past year and thru a Reiki session, and following her instructions, much pain left my body and I am on the road to recovery. Lynn is such a devoted person. Her attitude, her words, her interest in you when she consults with you, makes you feel at ease and calm your innards. She has helped me make so many decisions that I needed to improve my lifestyle thru her readings. Lynn is an important part of my life as I am sure she is with her many followers. I am so happy that we are able to Skype so that we can see each other and I am able to see her facial expressions as we talk.
Justin is truly a gifted counselor. His counseling approach is tailored to meet the needs of his clients. Not only is he a main of integrity and compassion, he also has a heart for the wounded and broken. He desires to journey along side his clients and help them navigate the way to true healing.
Mr. Van Dyke is not just an amazing Therapist but an absolutely wonderful man. Mr. Van Dyke has helped my daughter and myself through some of the toughest times we have encountered. I would recommend all my friends, family and community who are needing some help to him.
Meredith is a gifted counselor whom I have already recommended to numerous people. I have worked with her for over a year and have found her to be highly qualified as well as easy to relate to and talk to. She has a wide range of experience and expertise and is deeply compassionate.
My husband was very anxious to meet with a counselor and get a plan in place to help him tackle his inner struggles. Steve was very responsive and helpful in getting him in as soon as possible. My husband left the meeting feeling calm and hopeful for the future. Several times since he has expressed such gratitude that I found Steve for him to meet with and he looks forward to continuing his work with Steve. We are endlessly grateful to have found him.
I must admit I was initially skeptical about the idea of couples counseling to begin with- I had a few previous experiences with mediators and counselors that left me feeling misunderstood and like it was a waste of my time. This was definitely NOT the case without Andrew. He was kind, understanding, and was able to cut to the heart of our issues almost immediately and help us to really talk to one another about how we felt. He also gave us homework which was easy to implement and has made a world of difference already- I highly recommend!
Wendy is very ethical in her counseling practice. She listens to me instead of thinking she "knows what I need!" She has helped me find my voice and hear what it has to tell me. I like that she has many "tools" in her bag which gives me many options.
I began seeing Erika during one of the most difficult and traumatic times of my life. I had never been to a counselor before and was unsure what to expect and very nervous about the process and opening up about my life and the events I was facing. She made me feel right at home and comfortable. She is patient when I need time to process and cry, reassuring when I struggle with the next steps and wise when I need input. She does not tell you what to do or pass judgement on what you have done or are experiencing. She guides you through the process to accept where you are, own your own life and make your own decisions. I am truly thankful for her help and know I am in a better place now because of our sessions.
Pam is a very caring christian counselor. She is compassionate and understanding. Pam performs a variety of counseling methods to get to the root of the problem. I would highly recommend Pam.
Evie Bodett is a true gem. My experience with counselors has been at times a little wanting. To find someone whom I can confidently say makes me feel at ease is rare. I was able to go into our sessions knowing that I would come out feeling better, feeling lighter, feeling that I had hope for the future. What more can a person ask for but to find peace within themselves. I have Evie Bodett to Thank for helping me along my path.
Leigh is the best counselor I have ever had. She is gentle and compassionate and truly cares. I always feel like I am her only client because she gives her undivided attention to me the entire session. She is fully engaged and present. And she has gone above and beyond for me in so many ways. She has helped me grow and overcome many things that I wouldn't have been able to do on my own without her help. You will love her.
I received counseling via Skype for over a year with Donya. Due to a childhood with a very critical parent, I struggled for years with self image problems, with a lot of fears, and then married someone with mental illness and addictions. I had received quite a lot of counseling over time, which helped give insight but produced few changes in how I perceived myself, nor in freedom and authenticity in relating to others. Donya approached things differently from previous counselors. She listened to the Lord as much as she listened to me. She spoke what she heard Him say. She often waited until I heard the Lord as well, and together, God revealed bottom line wrong assumptions that trapped me in negative patterns. And so Donya has a great deal of Godly wisdom stemming from knowledge of the Scriptures combined with hearing from the Holy Spirit. She is also well trained and has years of experience as a therapist. I am so grateful to say that through her help I have gained a great deal of self acceptance, fears have been largely reduced, I am relating so much better with others, and above all, i no longer feel like an orphan, but rather a much loved child of God.
Amy is easy to talk to, a good listener, and able to challenge me on things I am not hearing or don’t realize about how I need to handle a situation. She asks questions and ponders “I wonder if you...” more than is direct “you should do x...” — so depends on the style of counselor you like
Had my first session last week. This was my first time visiting a counselor of any kind. I was more than happy to book a second session and continue sessions because I immediately felt at ease. She was fast to respond to my messages and had a flexible schedule that worked with mine.
He connects as a real person very unlike others in his profession who come across as overly clinical and sterile. My husband and I feel comfortable with his approach and he has helped us tremendously in learning how to communicate with one another in various positive aspects.
