I had the privilege of working with Vicky, the owner. We were closing on our house in less than two weeks and managed to not only give us a great and competitive estimate, but also got the job done (an entire roof replacement). Additionally, she handled everything, where the building department actually completed their inspection the day after. The hardest issue we had was that insurance wasn’t going to cover the roof. Her ability to provide us an estimate that wouldn’t break the bank, with quality material and warranty was exceptional. Even the workers were professional as we were in and out of the house. If time is of the essence, or funds may be low, this company works with their customers 110%.

FROM beginning to end, Vicky Laplante was a pleasure to work with!. Her honesty, knowledge, and professionalism was impeccable. She and her A-team crew got a 16 square roof stripped and re-roofed in just five hours. They also replaced five sheets of decking. The clean-up job was excellent. Eastern Slope Roofing did an amazing job on our new asphalt roof. The crew took off the old shake shingles and installed the new roof on a 5,000 SF house in 1 day! They cleaned up everything after so you couldn’t even tell they were here. We highly recommend Eastern Slope for any roofing needs.

Eastern Slope Roofing replaced the roof on my house and on my metal-roofed gazebo. They did an amazing job, and Vicky is the best roofer I've ever hired. She was thorough, attentive, and was out every day to oversee her crew to make sure the roof was completed to the highest standard possible. She also worked diligently with the insurance company to ensure everything was covered. The crew cleaned up after themselves, and made sure not to damage any of my plants next to the house (covered everything with tarps). It was a pleasure working with her and her team.

Working with Vicky at Eastern Slope Roofing was easy, she took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand and was very honest and up front of what to expect. She worked well with my insurance company. Her roofing crew arrived on the day and time we discussed, they completed my house roof and 2 sheds in one day and cleaned up perfectly. She expedited the installation of my roof to insure that I would receive my depreciation. Previously I had been working with a company from Denver, but there was a communication break down and I almost didn't get my roof done in time to get my depreciation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every roofing project is different. Is the building 2 story, how many layers of material, what is the existing material, access, how steep is the roof and other variables can come into play when providing an estimate, that is why an on site visit is required. Most of the time we have a special available to Veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To determine their needs through an inspection. Attention to details. If damage is found I will explain the complete insurance process and what to expect through the re roofing process. If it is a repair or insurance is not covering, I will provide a competitve cash estimate. I will review the differences in material that are available for their project. In many cases we will provide upgrades at no additional cost. An informed customer is a happy customer.
