I've worked with Greg on several cases and have always found him to be very professional and dedicated. Where other investigators fall short Greg finds a way for a successful outcome. I will continue to work with Greg and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional investigator.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. It varies. We do cases from criminal defense, locate missing persons, witness interviews, adultery, child abduction cases and many more. We can not say that there is any one that is most common.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. interview the Investigator. Ask how long they have been doing this type of work. Ask about past cases they have worked. Verify that they actually are who they say they are.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are not a huge firm that treats their Clients as just a number or extra money coming in. Each case is handled like it was our only one. We execute our due diligence with pride.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Meeting new people. Listening to their story, wants and needs. Meeting new challenges.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can you find him/her, or will you catch them ? My response...nothing is guaranteed but we will give you many years of experience and knowledge. Our success rate is very high.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. A past case involved a man being accused of "Assault on a Peace Officer" after conducting a thorough Investigations, interviewing many witnesses and especially tracking down an employee of UPS who had witnessed the incident, we were able to bring our evidence to the Courts that showed that the Peace officers had not been completely honest. The result was the charges being reduced to a minor disturbance charge and the mans life not being ruined.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That most cases vary in that some take time and many hours of legwork. We think that some people suffer from the CSI syndrome...thinking cases get solved fast like the show on TV. True life is not that fast. With technology and the Internet now, it does help speed some cases up, resulting in cost savings to our clients.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. After many years being a Law Enforcement Officer, I decided to put my skills to use in the Private sector. I am a single father of a wonderful son, who lights up my world. Working for myself affords me the opportunity to be with my son and be more involved in his life

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Constantly. If you do not, then your competition will or is.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Not very complicated. We have an hourly rate and sometimes a flat rate. We like to first interview the potential Client. This allows us to know how in depth or not so in depth the case will be. We also are flexible on payment plan options for those who need an Investigator but find it hard to afford. We accept MasterCard/Visa , checks and cash

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Become and apprentice to an experienced Investigator and learn the basic " Gum Shoeing" techniques. The field is constantly changing, but the basics never do.
