- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Not very complicated. We have an hourly rate and sometimes a flat rate. We like to first interview the potential Client. This allows us to know how in depth or not so in depth the case will be. We also are flexible on payment plan options for those who need an Investigator but find it hard to afford. We accept MasterCard/Visa , PayPal,checks and cash
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meeting them, discussing their needs and issues by active listening. Letting them know that their needs are important. Coming to an agreed price and finally making them have peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We strive to keep our education current. We now have the capability and new technology to use such as using counter surveillance technology, forensic computer/cell phone technology and one of the few in the state that has drone technology to assist in remote/difficult surveillance. We are constantly educating ourselves to afford our clients the best in the industry. If we do not, then our competition will or is.
