Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A. Constantly. If you do not, then your competition will or is.
Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
A. Not very complicated. We have an hourly rate and sometimes a flat rate. We like to first interview the potential Client. This allows us to know how in depth or not so in depth the case will be. We also are flexible on payment plan options for those who need an Investigator but find it hard to afford. We accept MasterCard/Visa , checks and cash
Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?
A. After many years being a Law Enforcement Officer, I decided to put my skills to use in the Private sector. I am a single father of a wonderful son, who lights up my world. Working for myself affords me the opportunity to be with my son and be more involved in his life
Q. What types of customers have you worked with?
A. It varies. We do cases from criminal defense, locate missing persons, witness interviews, adultery, child abduction cases and many more. We can not say that there is any one that is most common.
Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. interview the Investigator. Ask how long they have been doing this type of work. Ask about past cases they have worked. Verify that they actually are who they say they are.
Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to
professionals about their project?
A. That most cases vary in that some take time and many hours of legwork. We think that some people suffer from the CSI syndrome...thinking cases get solved fast like the show on TV. True life is not that fast. With technology and the Internet now, it does help speed some cases up, resulting in cost savings to our clients.
