I called Paul based on the reviews here on thumbtack. I have to agree Paul is professional and knowledgable. Most of all honest. I was impressed how he fixed my boiler. I like the way he does things. I was very pleased with Paul and would recommend him without hesitation.

Peek's Plumbing gets 10 stars--the owner and his partner were amazing. We had a tough job in a small crawl space, where we needed to remove both the heater and furnace and install a new system. Upon arrival, it was clear that with Paul's over 35 years in the business he had the knowledge to get this job done right. With his unlimited technical ability combined with hands-on experience, he finished the job in record time, pulled the permit and passed the inspection on the first try. The system works great. The company was prompt and responsive to all questions, and did quality work for a fair price. I highly recommend Peek's Plumbing and Mechanical. Thanks for a great job! kw

Paul helped me with my boiler problem pretty quickly, which was great. I had a problem with a zone valve, part of the boiler and radiant heating system. He explained the different parts of the system and his process to check each valve. Found out the valve isn't broken, just had a switch stuck in the on position. He was honest and fixed my problem quickly! I would call his company again if I run into boiler problems in the future.

If you have any issues with your boiler or plumbing, Peek's Plumbing & Mechanical should be your first call. Why..... Peeks Plumbing was the first company to contact me after posting on Thumbtack. Paul Scarberry the owner of Peek's, came to my home that night to evaluate the boiler problem. After the initial inspection, Paul identified the problem and with the flip of a switch, the boiler was back up and running. Not only did Paul fix the problem, I received a thorough education on my boiler, and what issues could possibly arise in the future. To my surprise, Paul did not charge me. Plus two days later I received a follow up call from Paul, to check if the boiler had any other issues. Needles to say, I'll be a Peek's customer for life. I price each job accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to them and really find out what they are wanting and find out their budget. What they have in mind might not be possible if they don't have the budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Plumber and had to pass the Colorado State exam to receive my State of Colorado Master Plumber license. I also own a Colorado plumbing company and have to have a state license for that. I am also a mechanical contractor and install and repair boilers and install hot water solar systems. In order to keep up with all of the changes with new boilers and hot water solar, it is very important to keep in touch with the manufacturer and to read. I use Lochinvar for boilers. I attend workshops and continue reading to keep up with the codes and the latest trends that my customers want.
