Maggie was very easy to work with and answered every question I had on time. She set up and served our rehearsal dinner personally which gave it that extra special touch. Maggie provided excellent, professional service for our Holiday department lunch. She showed up early to set up and was vey accommodating. Everyone raved about the food. We had a tight budget to work with and Maggie was my pick after speaking with 4 other caterers. I highly recommend Mezcla Maggie's Catering and will definitely use her again. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Typically food cost plus $30/hour labor, keeps cost done for everyone... However I am flexible and try to work with clients in terms of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Discussion for event type/menu/budget/location then possibly a tasting and then a 25%deposit then we are good to go until event day! Nice and simple:)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Sous Chef Certified with the ACF Certified Sommelier Level 1 & 2 Cottage Food License Personal training & weight management certifications
