High 5 did great replacing my bathroom exhaust fan. Everything went smooth with them. They responded quickly to my inquiry and had someone come in right away. They provided me the breakdown of the prices and gave me my options. I didn’t feel pressured to take the most expensive option. They were even very willing to work on my schedule. They came in for a free estimate, and said they can get it done right then. They gave me an estimate on how long it would take them, and when I said I have an appointment that day, they were willing to come back another day that fits my schedule better. I went ahead and got my exhaust fan installed that day, and it was actually much faster than their estimate! They said they just wanted to give me the estimate of the longest time just in case. I really liked that so I wouldn’t be surprised. Briana and her helper were great! And High 5 was great. Great value and fast response. Thank you, High 5! It’s always stressful when you have something breaks at your house but High 5 definitely made this smooth and easy for me.
Needed a plumber. Hired Corey at High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric. Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they arrived when promised, and the work was done efficiently and to a high standard. Corey took the time to explain the issue and how to fix it. Corey was easy to work with and gave me alternative option too. Honest, professional, and reliable--highly recommended.

Our experience with this company was great. One of our breakers has been failing recently, but when they examined our electrical panel they let us know that if we didn't replace it, all the others would start failing soon as well. They were able to come back within a day or two to complete all of the work and also added a new wiring bypass to separate our kitchen lights and garage lights as this had been causing issues as well. Both of the technicians had, Omar and Josh, were kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
We did find out from the city inspector that there are a few things they need to adjust mainly with the permit requested which has delayed everything a little bit, but they have been very responsive and quick to set up changes for us. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

Colton from High5 was very professional and responsive about the work details and pricing. He did a great job without leaving any dirt or things that may need to be fixed or cleaned after he finished. He shared photos of the work and tested that the Dryer/EV switch works as expected. Offered to come back and fix anything we find as an issue. Overall, I am happy with the outcome and I would recommend Colton/High5 for electrical work.

Found the problem quickly with the cartridge in tub faucet leaking. Tried to adjust the set screw which worked for two days (he said that might happen and the unit would need to be replaced).
