Introduction: I focus on brining clients outdoors, using TRX suspension training, sports type drills and explosive body movements (HIIT) to gain strength, agility and endurance. My goal is to provide clients with functional training that will help with overall athleticism while also providing clients with a physique they can be proud of. I like to have fun and I've been told that I have a less intense personality, which a lot of people like. I love interacting with people. I also like to show people how much FUN working out can be.

Chris is an amazing personal trainer! I've gone from 24% body fat to 18% body fat using the exercises she's given me in just a few months. She makes working out FUN. Let's face it - working out isn't fun for some of us and the energy she brings makes it so much more enjoyable. Chris is also incredibly knowledgeable on fitness, health, wellness, and nutrition. We had a session and I just wasn't liking the exercises we were doing. Because Chris knows so many techniques, styles, and exercises, we were able to switch it up immediately and I ended up having the best session (it hurt to walk for several days which is a great thing). Chris is encouraging, accepting of where you are with your health and fitness. I can't say enough good things about her!

Chris is definitely among the top personal trainers there are. She knows how to make you work extremely hard, all while having fun. She regularly comes up with unique exercises which make training fun, and she loves to train you outdoors at every chance she can get. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a trainer. From young people to elderly people, she knows how to work you and to help you achieve your athletic/workout goals.

Chris' workouts will bring you results. Since I started training with her, I've increased my balance and endurance for mountain biking and will be competing in a 12 hour adventure race next month.

I really enjoyed participating in trainings with Chris. She created work outs that made the time go by really fast, had lots of variety to keep things interesting and really worked all of my muscles. I definitely noticed a difference with my overall strength.
