Introduction: My mission is to help others achieve their health and fitness needs and goals by providing each client a highly individualized and efficient program. I provide 60-90 minute personal training sessions along with small group training sessions up to 4 clients at the same time. I provide nutritional counseling and will provide you with daily caloric intake needs. My program designs are personalized and will get you results. If you're unsatisfied with your results or have proof that my program/training is not working, I will provide you with a full refund. Daily food logs and workout logs will be needed as proof that the program is not working. (Logs will be evaluated by myself to make sure client was sticking through exercise program and nutritional counseling.) Clients will go through an initial consultation and fitness assessments before participating in a fitness program. My specialties are weight loss, corrective exercise, performance enhancement, cardio training, resistance training, gaining muscle mass, rock climbing/outdoor sports, etc.
