- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For individualized, effective coaching & training, it requires both in depth knowledge and experience. With 25+ years of experience of training in many different arenas, a degree and continual education with the latest techniques and strong principles, I can safely guide and navigate the challenges that most people face in why they seek out high level coaching. The longer you train with me, the more you learn and the more cost effective it is. Eventually, you will gain all of my experience in a matter of months and become obstacle proof for the rest of your life, should you continue to practice the craft. Depending on the level of coaching and goals needing to be obtained, cost will range from $99/session down to $45/session. I offer both 60 minute and 30 minute sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We do a baseline assessment based on mobility, strength, power endurance and conditioning. In some cases, we test a VO2 max, and running economy among other stats. Then we get a frame of reference on knowledge of foods and what their main drivers are in their life. A full "Intake Form" is a requirement before services begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 25 years of fitness/athletic training experience. Along with that, a degree in Exercise Science and Fitness. I am a certified Spartan Race SGX (Spartan Group Exercise) Instructor Level 1 (Level 2 is in progress) and very experienced in Natural Bodybuilding and Nutritional Programming.
