Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Sarah comes to bodywork, movement, and yoga through the lense of an athlete. She’s worked on and trained high level athletes for over 15 years, focusing on injury rehabilitation and prevention, and focusing on deep kinesthetic and nervous system rewiring. Sarah uses an intuitive approach, deeply listening to the body in front of her to inform her therapy. Sarah’s specialties include Vedic Thai Bodywork (great for mobility & flexibility), Maya Abdominal & Pelvic Massage (great for low back pain), Pelvic Health specific Yoga (great for core stability and strength), meditation and mindfulness (great for nervous system and stress). Testimonial: ‘Sarah is the best kept secret for serious athletes looking to smash the pedals and maintain training sustainability, so they can play the long game with sport and life.  She’s helped me with injury recovery & prevention, nervous system upkeep, as well as thoughtful conversation. Her masterful bodywork has helped me sail through tours with back to back days of 100+ mile rides.’ -Chris Carmichael, former US coach of Lance Armstrong

I take Sarah's weekly yoga class in Golden and have received two thai yoga massage sessions in recent months. Sarah is a rock solid health and wellness professional. In the yoga world, she's skilled at Yin, Acro, Vinyasa, Nidra and Restorative. I believe she has added pre/post natal to her quiver, but I don't fancy those styles. She can craft an excellent class to yogis of all ages, abilities and body/injury issues. Sarah is whip smart, especially about anatomy and ayurveda, loving, and has a quirky sense of humor. I'm a very experienced yogi with 500+ hours of training. Sarah is my teacher because she the real deal, one in a million... I'd lay down in the road for Sarah, the amazing "Elven Fairy".

I went to Sarah needing help with my right hip with arthritis. My hope was (and is) to hold off surgery as long as possible and improve my range of motion. Sarah has been doing Thai Massage and started me on a specific yoga regime to open up the hip. Even if I do eventually need the surgery, Sarah has shown me what I need to do to maintain my mobility. Sarah is knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with.

Sarah is an exceptional teacher. On and off the mat. Her knowledge of the body, Ayurveda, and posturing is extensive and ever growing. She comes from a place of strength, love, and compassion. Connecting with her students and her self. She leads by example while keeping things fun and genuine. Only wonderful things to say about this beautiful being.

Sarah quickly came when I asked for help. My tummy had been really bad from morning sickness due to menopause. She was knowledgeable of what I needed. I plan on using her again for sure.
