My own practice of ashtanga vinyasa yoga, blended with core and inversion training, gives me the tools to instruct advanced poses and transitions, as well as inversion-specific training including headstands, forearm stands, and handstands.
However, at the core of everything I teach is a focus on breathing and connection with the meditative aspects of yoga instead of becoming caught up in mastering each pose. Yoga is a practice, and the process is more important than the outcome. The outcome will be evident with dedication and patience."
