Forest Ponder is very responsible person with professional knowledge about many aspects of construction works. My home remodeling project was completed in time! Forest did framing and siding, roof gutters and down spout, windows and doors changing, plumbing and gas line remodeling, HVAC system remodeling. Hi kept job site very organised and clean during the project time. Thank you Forest for the hard and professional work!

We have been getting our basement finished for the last few weeks and I can say without a doubt that Brian from Design Create is by far one of the best contractors I have ever seen. I work for a custom home builder so I know quality when I see it. Brian's pricing was right on the money and his work is outstanding. We have been thrilled by his communication, craftsmanship, and level of professional nature. His team is super caring and are such hard workers. Everything Brian and his team have done from the tile work to installing cabinets, and drywall has been done flawlessly. If you are looking to finish your basement, do a small remodel, or an outdoor kitchen feel free to contact me for a reference or look up his other reviews on thumbtack.com. We have recommended him to many friends and can't say more about how awesome this process has been! Pictures to follow shortly.
Matty arrived on 9/13 the day of the Boulder flood to our townhouse complex. He is a friend of the next door neighbor. Quickly he established rapport and was able to come into my unit and estimate when he would be finished with the unit next door so we could work with the tenants re: the time needed to repair drywall, floor, in the downstairs, approximately 400 sq feet. His work was of high quality and was most willing to work with me as I was doing the painting. He was hired to work on 2 more units after finishing with mine. He was clear and organized re: what needed to be completed in what order. His tile work and dry wall work was lovely. In a crisis situation he was most amiable and easy to work with. I would recommend him and his work. I only needed drywall and tile work and I would recommend his expertise and quality of finish work.
I only hope I can convey the full measure of unreserved enthusiasm and profound gratitude I feel for having discovered so utterly remarkable an individual as I was privileged to find in the person of Brett Breneisen, the most extraordinary contractor I have ever met. Possessing a range of skills virtually any one of which would stand as amazing, Brett quite literally restored our home to us and saved it from almost certain disaster in the future. Our home had experienced foundation damage that occurred as the result of excessive rain having forced the movement of tons of soil, causing a wall in the (finished) basement to lean in substantially from the top. The damage done by the shifting of the wall was considerable: a large air duct was torn from the ceiling and left hanging askew; the doorway to the furnace room was crushed (the sliding doors no longer doors at all, but reduced to ill-fitting, scarcely usable partitions); the sheetrock composing the ceiling had cracked and buckled. A wall in the hallway had buckled as well, and a portion of it protruded outward, possibly indicating that a structural support beam was being shoved right through the wall. None of the doors in the basement would close anymore; indeed, one, frame and all, had been shifted several inches to one side, leaving a gaping opening. The ceiling in one of the rooms was torn; the room gave the appearance, for all intents and purposes, of a lid being torn off a box. Walls were cracked, and splintered, sheetrock shattered here and there; overall, it was a disaster. The house looked as if it were quite literally about to come down. All that is now in the past. Upon having had the house piered to bedrock and thus arresting the movement of the foundation, we were able to address the sorry sight that our basement had become. Thatâs when I called Brett. Right from the start, he put my mind to ease. He conducted a thorough examination and determined that there was no structural damage. He then set about determining each area of damage and, upon his providing a wonderfully reasonable estimate, secured our go-ahead for the project. Brett started immediately. He addressed each and every concern, turning eye-sore problem areas into show-house perfection. It is virtually impossible now to believe that such damage was ever present. In Brett I observed the most capable and expert contractor, quite frankly, I had ever seen. Nothing was beyond his skill and ability, no area of restoration too large or too complex. He amazed us. Brettâs concise and thorough approach may well have resulted in actually saving our home and, quite possibly, our very lives and those of our beloved pets. The pressing in of the wall had put significant tension on electrical wiring conveying power to ceiling lights. The wiring, Brett found, had been installed incorrectly; rather than having been run through a support, as it should have been, it had instead been wrapped around it. Pressure had broken and exposed the wire, situating what would have been live current in direct contact with dry wood. Upon further investigation, Brett found several additional wiring mistakes, ones that, in addition to the previous, would have almost certainly proved disastrous had I sought to have the lights reactivated, as I very nearly did. In lieu of Brett's discovery of the wiring errors---errors no one lese would likely have found---disaster would have followed. (Some years ago, having become suspicious as the result of anomalous electrical behaviour, I had the power to the lines disconnected. We have of course since then been without any real light in the basement, but that was better than the prospect of what could result.) Brettâs expertise removed all danger and restored the lighting. Additionally, this remarkably talented manâs abilities have resulting in the advent of a beautiful, straight wall, a sharp and clean-looking, perfectly placed heating duct where once there was but a broken and sagging eye-sore, and brand new LED lights that provide twice the light at a fraction of the cost. I have never seen so great and varied a skillset contained within the person of a single individual. He never rushed or in any wise imparted to me the feeling that he just wanted to have done and move on. He never once called and said he couldnât make it over today. He saw each and every aspect of the project through, from start to finish, and the result---I do not say this lightly---is flawless. He explained each step of what he did and always offered me options. He was at all times genuinely concerned with my satisfaction, and instantly rose to any challenge regarding anything additional I might propose. He was always personable and friendly, a genuine delight to have in our home. He was at all times profoundly considerate of our pets, ever careful and cautious regarding them and their safety, and earned our complete trust with them, which is no easy feat. The work he did is flawless, beautiful and complete. Having begun with a disaster, he left us with a wonderfully fully-finished and beautifully-painted basement, having single-handedly transformed our home from eyesore to showplace. So long as he is in business, there is quite simply no one else I shall ever call. He has earned our sincerest admiration and respect.
Matt "Big Red" did a fantastic job! He promptly came out to bid the job, gave us a fair price and then was able to start the job the next day. He tiled two back splashes for me, he did quality work and was creative with the tile project when given autonomy when I had to leave the house for the day. Matt also did some painting and drywall repair on my basement. He worked hard, completed the job efficiently. He helped me with sawing a countertop, bringing in his table saw and didn't charge me anything. I would highly recommend Big Red Innovations for your construction needs. He is also very friendly and trustworthy, I felt totally at ease when I had to leave him alone in my home while I was out for the day. A+++
John did the framing work of my basement finishing project. He is very professional, accurate on time, meeting my design request or change. He did not rush to finish the work, which is good. Will use him again in future projects.
Mike (owner) and Everette did an outstanding job on my basement frame out. Mike gave me a very great price up front and was able to complete the project quickly but had great attention to detail as well. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for assistance on a basement finish. I believe they went above expectations as as I had furniture, and stuff in the way, but they willingly moved stuff on their own to complete the project and cleaned up not only their mess, but my mess as well. 5 Stars.
Robert did an outstanding job on window framing and carpentry work! He was very timely in setting up a consultation and provided a plan and estimate for his work that what comprehensive and cost competitive. My job consisted of relocating a window by moving it roughly a foot to ensure proper drainage near a roof line. Robert reframed and did both the framing and interior finish on the drywall. The job was done with high quality and Robert treated my home as if it was his own. I'd highly recommend Robert in the future!
Joe and his crew built a 12ft high by 24ft long wall plus dry wall and a door framed in. It looks amazing! Joe, Al and Marcos were friendly, professional and efficient! I would most definitely recommend them!!!!
Awesome work! Remodeled my basement and bathroom. Very professional and worked very diligently to get the job done. Highly recommend!
Daniel was an excellent carpenter and did great work on our basement framing. His price was very fair and he was able to frame our 1,000 sq ft basement in about 2 1/2 days. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and have shared his information with a neighbor and two friends already.
I chose Grayson Construction for our basement project, because their quote was a better value than the other estimate. They did qualitative work and communicated right away. Would definitely work with them again!
We hired Galvan Remodeling to finish our basement with two conforming bedrooms and a 3/4 bathroom with a double vanity. We were very happy with the results and found that Jose and his crew were very fast and courteous. They even moved all of their tools and supplies through the basement window so they didn't make a mess in the rest of the house! Jose was always making sure throughout the build that we were happy with the progress. Galvan Remodeling finished the build on time and in budget! We would definitely hire Galvan Remodeling again!

He does great work and is easy to work with. With so many sketchy contractors out there, it is nice to find someone we can trust. Would definitely recommend Hidden Valley Custom Caroentry for any tile work, trim, basement remodels, etc.
Did wonderful work in our basement. Was thorough, quick, and very high quality. He finished our stair railing, framed built in bookshelves, completed trim work, and even helped with a few other items I needed fixed in our home. I wish I could post pictures. Was very meticulous in his work which made tiling and other finish jobs much easier. I would recommend Bill to anyone!
