Justin is a well qualified and highly knowledgeable trainer with a great personality to match. Sessions are whatever you want them to be, but he also doesn't let you out of stuff if you're too tired, and always has a plan and structure throughout each session. I get he workouts written out for me to take home and reference for workouts later; he writes the exercises down as we go. This guy will push you because he believes in you. His passion for what he does is blatant, exciting and clear and I look forward to vibing with him every time we get to work together. You won't regret him; one of the best I've worked with and I hire a personal trainer in every city I go to, while on the road for work. Thanks, J! Mike is absolutely one of the best personal trainers that I have worked with over the years. I interviewed several trainers but knew as soon as I met Mike and we had our trial session that he was the trainer for me. As both a registered dietitian and personal trainer, his total diet/fitness regimen has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I have dropped over 15 pounds in less than 4 months while putting on more defined muscle tone. My energy level is at an all-time high and my overall body fat is down by over 5%. Beyond the measurable results, Mike is a joy to be around. He is a true professional but we are able to laugh and enjoy ourselves during our training sessions. I regularly get texts from Mike checking in on how things are going and to remind me to eat more fruits and veggies!! He is genuinely invested in his clients' success above and beyond the workouts. I worked with Jason as my personal trainer for about 3 years. He is a very patient, caring, flexible and dedicated professional who has taught me about weight lifting and eating properly to maximize weight loss. He has changed my mindset from doing mostly cardio to mostly weight lifting. I worked with him in person and used his online programming. Both are very effective. Jason still keeps in touch with me which keeps me motivated to keep lifting.
I came to Curtis because I needed a change in my diet. I had tried to do it on my own before but was unsuccessful. I either sacrificed my performance in the gym or gained too much body fat for the physical image I desired. Curtis listened to my goals and analyzed my personality as well as my daily routine to create a personal meal plan that would adhere to my lifestyle. He would make sure to check in mid-week to receive feedback on what was going well/failing. Curtis knew whether he needed to make modifications or just give me good ole tough love to not let me fall off the wagon. The recipes he included with the grocery lists were quick and easy to follow. I really appreciated the way he listened to my needs and was always willing to provide an explanation as to why/what I was eating. Two words...tough love!!! Amanda knows which questions to ask and how to analyze food intake/nutrition unlike anyone else I've worked with in the past. I was experiencing adrenal fatigue and intermittent bouts of depression and had an interest in getting off some of the medications I was taking. As a personal trainer, I tried everything I thought would help me get back on track but I couldn't get out of my "rut". My doctor told me that I needed to increase my fat/cholesterol intake, which I thought was absurd. I decided it was time to consult with someone who understood nutrition and supplementation as well as what it takes to maintain good health. Amanda had me do a 7 day food diary to see what I was eating on a consistent basis so she could assess what I was doing right then compare those results to my deficient areas. Needless to say, she too determined that my saturated fat/cholesterol levels were too low. She also looked at what was missing from my diet and got me on some different vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Within about a week I started feeling some improvement but still didn't feel like myself. After a month of making some additional adjustments, I'm happy to say that Amanda got me back on track and feeling good again. If you're looking to lose some weight, increase your energy levels, or improve your overall health; Amanda will get you to where you want to be!
I have worked with several personal trainers over the years, and Breanne is the best by far. She has a deep knowledge of exercise physiology, but she never makes you feel intimidated by it. She is always on time and prepared with a customized, level-appropriate workout plan designed specifically to help me to achieve my personal goals. Finally, I love working out with her because she has this rare knack for being both a stickler for form, and pushing me when I need to be pushed, but also always being incredibly encouraging. She is a gem!
Chef April is the real deal! She exceeds every expectation every time she prepares a dish. Things I never had a taste for this Chef was able to prepare to the extent where I was left wanting for more. Her ability to cater to each person's dietary needs is extraordinary its obvious her knowledge for cuisine as well as customer service is above par.
I had the great fortune to meet Dee Appel through a mutual friend a couple of years ago. I was suffering from a large number of health problems that I suspected were either the result of my diet or that were being aggravated by my diet. I didn’t know if engaging Dee's services would help me or not but I decided to give it a try. Dee provided me with a personal consultation review all of my health issues, lifestyle, diet, etc. so that she could advise me on changes that might have a positive impact on my problems. Dee’s diet recommendations were finely tuned to each specific health issue that I was experiencing i.e. what to add and what to remove from my diet. The changes were pretty dramatic and I have to confess that I had my doubts if anything good would come from it but I made the changes and stuck with them. The changes also included regular exercise which in my case is walking an average of over ten miles a week. Since that program of diet and lifestyle changes were implemented, I have been able to eliminate virtually all of the health problems that I had been suffering from. I had a physical about six months ago which astounded my doctor. My blood pressure was the lowest it had been in over 20 years, all of the blood work showed my medical conditions had almost completely disappeared or were back to normal ranges and I had lost almost 25 pounds! I believe in Dee's knowledge base and judgment. She has my highest recommendation to anyone considering help with diet and lifestyle issues. Craig McDaniel

My weight and health has always been a source of anxiety for me. Having a small boned body and being short but not obese, has proved it very difficult for me to find the right food and dietary plan to help me get back on a road to health and lose weight. Initially I had little hope, but Melissa was right there by my side. It was hard but with her help, support and guidance I have been seeing amazing results. She has been right at my side encouraging, guiding me and being my biggest cheerleader. Her exercise plan is challenging and gives the best results. I have re-found my waistline and my flabby arms have started to get definition again. My goal was to fit into my white skinny jeans, and with the help of Melissa, I fit into them again. I never thought that would be possible. Most of all she gave me easy to achieve goals small steps as she calls them. Melissa never discourages me to not eat what I want, instead she preaches moderation and gives you alternatives- if you fall off the wagon one day, jump back on the next is what she tells me. She is patient and firm at the same time. She has given me the tools to live a life that is vibrant and healthy and energetic. From cooking lessons, one-on-one training sessions and shopping trips she has been just what I needed. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Joe has been my trainer for quite some time. We work very well together and he is a constant source of positivity. I love working out with him! I am always learning new exercises and moves to make my workouts different and fun. I am a stronger person in many ways because of him.
I have been receiving massage therapy from Talitha & Dan for almost 20 years and highly recommend them both! I am a fairly athletic person and utilize massage to keep my muscles more flexible and loose to help prevent injuries and for help in recovery if I have an injury. I also use it for stress relief and relaxation. They are good at attending to what is problematic. They do a very muscle specific type of massage which I find especially effective in relieving pain, keeping me moving and helping with my stress level. They have also worked on other members of my family who love their work as well. They have shown me movement therapy that has improved my flexibility and also given our family lots of tips to keep us healthy. I know you'll find their work & nutritional expertise highly satisfactory!
Mr. Kimball was our home chef for about nine months and outstanding in this position. He was very professional, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. But most importantly, his food was wonderful. He takes feedback very well and worked hard to meet our dietary needs. We often say how much we miss him cooking for us. He left our employment after graduating and moving out of the area or we will employ him still.
