- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost my suggestion would be to look for the right credentials and experience in the trainer you're considering to hire. Are your needs a specialty of theirs? And be honest with yourself when it comes to realistic goals, both short and long term. And remember, it's a lifestyle change not a short term solution to your health and fitness issues.
