    Great trainer!
    We're still in the middle of our training sessions, but so far so good. She's done a great job keeping in mind our personal goals. She's kept the training fun by changing up our exercises every time and showing us many different exercises, while keeping machines to a minimum. And she's always making sure we have good form, teaching us how to do the exercises correctly while protecting us from possible injuries. She kicks our butts every time but we're really enjoying it and feeling stronger already.

    Christine is very straight forward and to the point in our 30 min training sessions she gets the best work out out of me! I love the private gym and atmosphere. I've lost 7lbs of fat and replaced it with muscle!! She's very accommodating to my work schedule with a moments notice. I highly recommend her a true professional.

    Fabulous Personal Trainer!
    Christine was awesome. I told her where my problem areas were and she specifically tailored our workouts routines to focus on those areas. She was focused and attentive in ensuring I maintained proper form as we worked thru the various exercises. I cannot say enough on how great she was! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

    Christine Herr has been working with my teenage athlete for the past year. Christine is familiar with the physical requirements of a competitive swimmer and provides personal dryland training that supplements and focuses on those needs. She is the best personal trainer I've ever met. She's energetic, engaged, and knowledgeable. She can demonstrate anything, and sets a great example for my daughter in physicality, nutrition, and lifestyle. She is also flexible and generous with her time. Her work ethic is contagious, and we appreciate her unflagging cheerfulness in the face of an extra set of push-ups. My daughter loves her sessions with Christine.

    The workout is dynamic and tailored to my needs. It is always new and fun and very challenging. I have gained so much strength that I now have slightly noticeable biceps which really impress my daughters. Since I have osteoporosis, the workout is vital and an important part of my routine that I look forward to.

    I hired Christine to work with my 12-year-old daughter, who is a year-round swimmer. I've seen lots of young athletes who get injured by spending too much time focusing on practicing only their particular sport. (My daughter included.) Read "Warrior Girls: Protecting Our Daughters Against the Injury Epidemic in Women's Sports' and you'll learn that it's imperative that athletes practice smarter, not simply harder. Training with Christine has given my daughter a huge advantage by increasing her core strength. But it's also done wonders for her mental edge. Christine is a former collegiate swimmer and coach, so not only has the physical training helped, she has given incredible advice to help my daughter complete. Times have dropped and confidence has skyrocketed. My daughter loves working out with Christine--she's fun, she's upbeat, she's cool. And she goes the extra mile. She genuinely cares about each and every client. She even came to a meet to watch my daughter swim and then was able to see what they needed to work on. (Turns looked slow so more leg work to explode off the wall.) I recommend a trainer for your young athlete--boy or girl. It's so important to train smart and get a well-rounded workout. But I *absolutely* recommend Christine Herr if you want your athlete to ENJOY the workout!

Her workouts are intense and she will continually challenge you to push beyond your own physical and mental limits. Christine's knowledge, creativity and energy make her an exceptional fitness trainer. Her classes are always fresh, fun and demanding. Just when you think you've hit your stride, Christine calls out your name and offers up a suggestion that it's time to really get to work.     Hands down the best fitness money I've ever spent. I get more bang for my buck with Christine's sessions than I have out of any gym membership I've ever bought. She does a great job at doing all the "heavy lifting" - knowing what muscle group to work on, changing the workout so it doesn't get boring, demonstrating proper technique. This let's me concentrate on the real heavy lifting during our sessions. I look better, I feel better and my overal health has improved dramatically!! Anyone who has ever considered a personal trainer needs to make the investment with Christine - it will pay off huge!

    Chris has been training me for 2 years now and not only do I have a great workout and a wonderful time but I feel GREAT! Im in the best shape of my life. Chris is amazing at what she does, she is always changing it up and educating me. She is not your average trainer, she is very meticulous when it comes to structure and safety. And lets not forget the Gym itself....great location, inviting, nice people, and CLEAN! I love Stac Fitness and I love Chris, she is outstanding at what she does.

    I have been training with Christine Herr for 5 years . She keeps me motivated and in shape. She works my entire body including weight training and cardio in 1 hour private sessions. I also attend her classes. They are extremely reasonable in price for a great workout. Not to mention, fun! Plus, they are available almost everyday of the week. Chris is now working with me during my first pregnancy. I'm confident that my labor will be easier and healthier due to my training. We train at her personal training gym STAC Fitness. STAC is a clean and comfortable facility with the latest and greatest equipment and techniques. People of all ages and levels train at STAC, so it never feels intimidating. Thanks Christine!

    A total bust that I live out of Colorado now and I don't have the privilege of being able to train with Chris anymore. She is top-notch, knows her stuff, and is fun to be around. She challenges you every step of the way and will get you results. Her group classes are exciting and challenging, plus everyone in the group is friendly and encouraging! A definite recommendation!

What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients get great fitness results. They build lean muscle, lose body fat, gain strength and cardiovascular endurance. They enjoy the creative, unique style of my training and classes. Their improved fitness levels add to healthy, less stressful lifestyles. I train people of all ages and fitness levels, from athletes to the elderly, to women through their pregnancies to the average person who just needs to get motivated with an intense butt kicking! You won't be disappointed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost my suggestion would be to look for the right credentials and experience in the trainer you're considering to hire. Are your needs a specialty of theirs? And be honest with yourself when it comes to realistic goals, both short and long term. And remember, it's a lifestyle change not a short term solution to your health and fitness issues.
