International Hearing Dog, Inc.

Introduction: International Hearing Dog, Inc. trains dogs to assist the hearing impaired, with and without multiple disabilities, at no cost to the recipient throughout the US and Canada. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Henderson, CO. We have been in business since 1979 and are the original hearing dog program. Since our beginning, we have placed over 1,100 hearing dogs across our service area. IHDI rescues dogs from local animal shelters and gives them a second chance by training them to help the deaf and hearing impaired.
