Jason and his wife, Sungsook, remodeled my bathroom in our Northglenn home and I can't say enough about how much I love their work. Jason's estimate was two times lower than all of the other companies. He and his wife are very professional, responsive and their work quality is outstanding! They took me to the stores to pick out everything from tile to fixtures, mirrors, toilet etc. I was lost on how to design it but after consulting with Jason and Sungsook all fell into place. Jason has a backround in all areas of construction and remodeling including electric and plumbing so this saved us time and money. They are very good with design ...I would have never been able to pick out the tiles etc. without their expertise! I would recommend this company to anyone who has a need for remodeling or handywork! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not make any profit on materials. You pay what we pay. We gladly pass on our discounts to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and gather as much information as possible. We will create a custom drawing and estimate for the work. Once customer approves everthing we will draw up a contract. customer signs, pays deposit if applicable, and we set start date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started building, tiling, etc when I was in the Army. After getting out I continued doing this work as a side job for fun.
