Where do I begin? I’m someone who has struggled with their weight my entire life. I’ve been to many gyms and even worked at one! After falling off the horse so to speak, I decided it was time to focus on myself and start working on my fitness goals. Steph is the best motivator, supporter, and friend. She is flexible with her time and so caring. When I say caring, I really mean it. She really cares about her clients. She always checks in to see how you’re feeling that day, is accommodating in changing up the workout if need be, and pushes you to be your best. My physical and mental health are so much better since I began this journey. I’m happier and more confident. I honestly can’t thank her enough.

I can’t say enough good things about Steph. I met her several years ago when she started Pride and haven’t looked back since. She’s very knowledgeable about anything health/exercise related (proper form, proper nutrition, body rehab, etc) you name it she knows. I dislocated one of my ribs a couple months ago (not from Pride) and she was able to recommend changes to the program to help be less chest oriented and even showed me some stretches to do to aid the healing process. Steph really cares and will be the motivation you need to feel and perform your best not just physically but mentally. Again I can’t say enough about how great I feel and how AWESOME of a teacher Steph is.

Each workout is challenging and new. Step does a super effective job on targeting what you want to work on and leaves you feeling pumped for the next workout at the end. She’s punctual, fun and makes even the toughest of challenges worth every penny. While simultaneously making sure that you remember that good results take time.

Pride Programming offers fun and different workouts. No two workouts are ever the same. The energy from the coach, along with her awesome playlists, helps motivate me to keep going with my workout goals.
