I was desperate to not only find a tax preparer but a tax preparer that could help me figure out my disorganized records and that I could afford! Then the day we were to meet, I was stuck in another town and arrived to our meeting 30 minutes late. Sandra was very accommodating both with my lateness and my disorganization. Though I was embarrassed, she never made me feel wrong-footed and she was very patient in explaining everything to me. Sandra had quoted an original price based on the services I thought I needed (the basic tax form), but it turned out I needed to submit additional paperwork due to a burgeoning business. Not only did Sandra do the additional paperwork, but she only charged me the original price that she had quoted me! She also gave me some great advice on where to find health insurance and on other confusing (to me) financial- and business-related topics. I had a terrific experience with CCTS and (assuming I can afford to pay a tax preparer next year) will definitely be returning! Thank you Sandra!!! It was great to get that tax return! ~Kathleen

Mark was great throughout the process. Kristen has managed the books for our company from when it was a small start-up, to when it grew to 40+ full-time and part-time employees. During that time, she transitioned the company's finances through a sale and converted the finances from cash basis to accrual basis accounting at the new ownership's request. Working with Sheryl was quite a surprise--a very good surprise. Another lawyer and I engaged Sheryl to provide a business valuation in an effort to settle a business dispute. Sheryl was quite easy to work with, very responsive, had answers for everything, and could justify her work straight-forwardly. She stood up to aggressive questioning by the parties, the business owners, one of whom was trying to retire and seeking payment from the other. It was emotional and complicated, and Sheryl showed high professionalism throughout. I would highly recommend Sheryl to others needing her skills as CPA or valuation.
