- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will sit and have an in-depth conversation regarding the details of the project, including the scope, deadline, as well as the budget. We want ensure that each client knows their needs are our top priority.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Currently, we do court proceedings, ranging from 5-minute arraignments to multi-day trials. We also do board meetings, depositions, interviews, focus groups, and a multitude of other types of audio recordings. The topics range from legal to medical to general, including but not limited to marketing groups that speak on a wide variety of subjects. Speakers can range from an individual to a very large group.
