    He is a great trainer and not only does he teach you the right technique with an up-beat attitude, he is willing to do so at 4:30am in order to accommodate our schedule. He varies each workout session to work out all muscle groups and is able to make it so my wife and I both get a great workout.

    Chris has been a huge help to me. I had never stepped foot into a gym or even lifted a weight until I found Chris on this web site. He has started me from the basics and he has taught me a lot.     I have been working out with Chris for a few weeks now and couldn't recommend him more. I have worked out with personal trainers before and Chris is one of the best! He is very personable and easy to get along with, as well as knowing just how to push you to your limit. I truly think choicing Chris is something you will not regret. I workout with him at the gym he works at, and the place is very nice. It is excellently well equipped and a nice place to workout. Again Chris is great and you can't go wrong with him.

    Chris is an amazing trainer! I needed a trainer to prepare me for a government physical test. I have never done a physical test and was vastly unprepared for it. Chris not only worked with my inexperience, but also worked with my less than two weeks notice. He pushed me hard, but in the end I passed! Thanks Chris!!

    Chris is an excellent trainer. It was my first time working with a personal trainer (probably my 6th time ever in a gym), and I felt comfortable for the moment I walked in. I had some insecurities at first, but Chris is so supportive and encouraging that once we got started, I didn't feel apprehensive. He listened to exactly what I wanted and did a great job at focusing on the areas I wanted to work on while also giving me a full body workout. It was only an introductory session, but we did a full workout so I could get the feel for what our sessions would be like. He didn't give me anything too hard for me, but I still felt like I was working hard. Overall, a great experience!

    I have worked with Chris Kim for 3 months now. He is the second personal trainer that I have worked with. I interviewed several trainers before choosing Chris and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Chris is significantly better and more encouraging than my previous trainer. He listens to your goal(s), creates a custom workout plan and helps keep you motivated. He is driven to help you succeed. Chris encourages you through the completion of your workout even when you’re dead tired and want to quit! I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.     I've been working with Chris for about 8 sessions so far. He comes to my house, which is a big help to me, and is very creative given the limited equipment he can bring in a car with him. The workouts are always non-boring. He's also careful to make sure I don't hurt myself, which is excellent, because that's a problem I have when I work out.

    Chris was a great trainer! He did a great job giving me a workout routine that fit what I needed and want to see that's changes I was aiming for! I am happy with the changes I have seen and a stronger I have gotten but still pushing towards new goals! He was very motivational and would push me to go harder but yet make sure I wouldn't hurt or injure myself.

    Chis is very enthusiastic and makes it fun to work out. Makes an effort to helo you modify certain exercises if you need to because of any limitations you may have.

    I have never worked with a personal trainer before. However, after working with Chris I believe it is the best way to get the most out of a work out. His positive corrections and encouragement make excerise much more fun. I work with him twice a week and have seen an improvement in strength and endurance. I would definately recommend Chris to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

    Chris is the trainer who runs the group training classes I attend at 212 Degrees Fitness. Chris took the time to get to know me and find out what my needs were. I have asthma and troubles with my shoulder. Chris keeps an eye out, making sure I have used my inhaler. He knows what exercises will probably bother my shoulder and always has plenty of options for alternative exercises. He always has alternatives for everyone with whatever issues we have. He pushes but never too hard. He is very supportive and friendly making an effort to get to know all of us in class. His classes are fun and different every session. This type of workout was very different compared to what I had been used to and Chris has made the transition very easy. Overall, Chris is awesome!

    Chris is an outstanding personal trainer, he takes the time to figure out what your needs are. He has helped my wife and I each lose 20+ lbs and more important lower body fat and lose inches. My job takes me on the road and Chris helped me develop and exercise plan for use in limited hotel work out facilities. HIs boot camp classes are always changing and challenging to work all parts of the body and he works with individuals to make sure they are using the correct form. If you want to be challenged Chris is your man.

    Chris is a great personal trainer. I've been working with him for a couple of months and see muscle development, better balance, a stronger core. and feel better overall. The workouts are always changing, so I never get bored and I'm challenged. He's always positive and encouraging, yet pushes me to achieve better results than I would gain on my own! I highly recommend Chris to anyone out there!!

    I had been at my last gym for about 6 years and honestly never saw any improvement and was getting bored. From the minute I started with Chris it has been amazing. He helps us every step of the way. He knows his stuff and knows how to show members what to do. He is a great motivator and teacher. I have lost weight, inches and he makes it enjoyable enough that I don't want to miss a day. He is something special!!!

    Chris is always positive and promotes a positive atmosphere. He is patient, gently corrects when I mess up. Motivates and offers encouragement to push just a little harder. I'm a strong believer that if you take care of your body, your body will take care of you. I believe that anyone can get to that place of health and fitness that they've dreamed of, with the right motivation and tools! And my passion is to help you and equip you with the knowledge and motivation to get those results you've dreamed of!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who understands the human body, a lot of trainers can put a hard workout together, but just because it's hard doesn't mean it's a great workout. Because it's not worth getting that body you've dreamed of, only to not being able to keep that figure because now, from the workouts, you have multiple injuries.
