- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial session is $125. Follow up sessions are $100. Often customers only need one or two sessions. Trainers who try to sell large packages is not always to the customers advantage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluating both the dogs, the environment, and setting realistic goals. Giving clients a clear outline and step-by-step support and instruction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified CCPDT-KA in 2012. Constantly pursuing continuing education by attending seminars, webinars, classes, and reading books and journals to stay on top of current science and learning theory.
