- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There really is no complications to my Pricing. I find up front prices are the best I have a flat rate on labor for most Installed items Competitive with Home Depot and Lowes. For Custom Items I give a flat rate bid the only thing that can change that is additional work which has to be agreed to by the customer before its started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking for new developments I am a member of "The handyman Club Of America" Which with there "Handy" Mag. They keep me to date with almost every new item to hit the market Weather it be tools or construction materials they cover it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I Started in construction when I was still in High School. Went in to the Army and stayed in Construction In the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers as a heavy equipment operator. once out of the military I recived my degree in Construction Management. I have worked as a Heavy Construction Equipment Operator, and as a home builder, in 2001 I went to work for "MR. Handyman" a franchise, worked my way to Senior Tech. and Now I own and Operate "Lone Eagle Home Improvement & Repair" I enjoy working with just the customer as the boss.
