About
My standard inspection, depending upon the size of the property, takes approximately 3-4 hours to perform. During my inspections I take between 150 - 200 pictures. Everything is documented in a report that is delivered to the customer, via email, within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.
I thoroughly enjoy what I do. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry moving into the inspection field was a natural progression. We love working with our clients to discover any issues there may be with the property they are considering purchasing. As we like to say "We investigate and educate".
