- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New Perspective Painting will match any competitor's price up to 10%! We offer clear, upfront pricing for all of our services, with no hidden taxes or fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. A customer reaches out to New Perspective Painting for a painting quote or to book a job. They will either communicate with Evan (Owner) or Nathaniel (Project Manager). They will continue communicating with them throughout the process. We usually can provide a written proposal within 48 hours of an estimate which we will price match up to 10%. Upon agreeing on the scope of work and price, we will pick calendar days and schedule the work. We begin on time, and work continuously until the project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All crews, employees, and site staff are knowledgeable and experienced with all the products we use, as well as the process. There is a significant skill set that goes into painting professionally, and we have the experience to handle any situation. Each job is different, and although anyone can paint, few can paint well!
