Lindsay has not only earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health, but also has received two NCAA Division 1 scholarships in gymnastics and track & field at Southern Utah University. In addition Lindsay has a Water Safety Instructor Certification, which allows her clients to take full advantage of the extensive calorie burn that pool workouts provide as well as utilizing the pool for injury rehab. Lindsay’s knowledge and enthusiasm for fitness has helped her clients lose anywhere from 30 – 140 pounds over the last several years. She is willing to help anyone succeed, ranging from post pregnancy, to kids, rather you are an athlete, or trying to lose 100 pounds, a swimmer, or want to learn how to swim, Lindsay’s M.I.X.     Lindsay Hahl works with every single client on what their individual needs and goals might be. She also give wonderful tips for everyday living to help her clients stay on track with their goals. From loosing weight, which was my biggest goal to recovering from an injury to getting back that post baby body she has a wealth of knowledge to share!

    Lindsay customizes each workout to target the areas I want to work on. She doesn't let anyone 'slack off' and she gives positive feedback to keep me motivated. She has never missed/ rescheduled an appointment, and knowing that she's dependable and will be waiting for me at the gym keeps me accountable for showing up to work out. It's only been about six weeks and I've seen an increase in my muscle tone, which also is motivating.

    Lindsay is very good a creating a personal fitness program that is geared to a person's strengths and weaknesses. She adapts group workouts to fit the individuals needs but still allowing for us to work together and encourage each other. She often gives us "exercises" that we can do on our own at home or in the club which is very helpful. She is helpful in giving nutrition advice and helping to set nutrition goals.

    I have been training with Lindsay for a few years now and have yet to do the same routine! It keeps me from getting bored! She is also great at listening to what is going on with you - if your knee is hurting, she will alter the routine for you. Lindsay is also very supportive, great at communicating and just an all around fantastic person. She will hold you accountable - if you set a goal and let her know what it is, she will do what she can to help you achieve it.

    Lindsey truly cares for her clients and wants to see them succeed. Her education and experience were what attracted me to contacting her but it is her creativity and energetic happiness that encourage me to keep coming back. Lindsey works with my limitations and helps me with all aspects of achieving my healthy goals. She doesn't just focus on the time I show up to workout. She pays attention to what I eat, what are my stresses, and works with me to move beyond my shortcomings. Lindsey is not a pushover and she is also not militant. If you want a personal trainer to help you lose weight, stay in shape, or train for a special event you really need to talk to her. She's honest, realistic and reasonably priced individual, small and large group rates. I love claiming Lindsey as my trainer. You will too!

    I have had a great experience with Lindsay. I love that almost all of her workouts are used without any weights and mostly your own body weight. She is a great people person and knows just how much to push you! I'm so glad I get to work with her to get back to my before baby body. She helped me after my first son and I went back to her after my second.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sitting down and discussing what is the best route for you to achieve your optimal wellness is key! I design a program that hits every aspect of your goals that work hand and hand with nutrition and exercise to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Not just a quick fix for right now.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years of experience being a personal trainer and 20 years of being a competitive athlete that helps me specialize in: post pregnancy nutrition swimming exercise education extreme weight – loss group training sport specific injury rehab ski/snowboard – conditioning

Pricing is as follows: Solo session $70/hr Semi Private (2 people) $35/hr Group Training (3 people or more-I have groups already existing that you can join) $30/hr

Look for a trainer that has an educational background on the subject of fitness....not just a certification. I have earned a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education and Health. This way I have learned about the bodies energy systems enough to be able to teach you just how your body burns fat vs. muscle.
