    I have been training with Lindsay since November 2016. She had the ability to motivate me physically and mentally in a way that I have never been motivated. I saw changes right away and for the first time ever loved those changes and just wanted more. She is knowledgable about diet and exercise and shares all that with you. Every session is different with so many different approaches to exercise, whether that be running steps at Red Rocks, working out at a park, swimming or using her home gym. I can honestly say that Lindsay has made a difference in my approach to working out. She has been just as invested in my transformation as I have been. That's the type of trainer you want and need!

In addition Lindsay has a Water Safety Instructor Certification, which allows her clients to take full advantage of the extensive calorie burn that pool workouts provide as well as utilizing the pool for injury rehab.       Pricing is as follows: Solo session $70/hr Semi Private (2 people) $35/hr Group Training (3 people or more-I have groups already existing that you can join) $30/hr

      Sitting down and discussing what is the best route for you to achieve your optimal wellness is key! I design a program that hits every aspect of your goals that work hand and hand with nutrition and exercise to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Not just a quick fix for right now.

      I have 11 years of experience being a personal trainer and 20 years of being a competitive athlete that helps me specialize in: post pregnancy nutrition swimming exercise education extreme weight – loss group training sport specific injury rehab ski/snowboard – conditioning
