We are incredibly happy with our updated sprinkler system. We had to move some lines, add a drip system for our new garden and improve majority of our sprinkler heads as well as cap some off. The workers left our yard like they hadn't even touched it! Everything looks great and we are so happy to have contacted Colorado Sprinkler Service! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge $89 dollars per hour, plus parts. Beyond this, we offer 1 year and 5 year parts and labor warranties, depending on the service we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our office assistants are very friendly and are always happy to speak with and assist new customers in any way possible. Even if they do not end up scheduling with someone, they will try to be as informative and helpful to them as possible. We will ask for your address, phone number, email, and symptoms of any issues you are having, or for what is needing to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I constantly pursue furthering the education of both myself and my technicians. Our suppliers have classes and new product showcases: there are classes available through the Irrigation Association, and different landscape industry trade shows. Attending these, and keeping up with new knowledge of the business, allows us to go and talk to manufacture representatives about new products, as well as to learn about new methods and products that make watering more efficient. We are always looking for new methods for water conservation as well.
