- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Voca along with any other contractors work on industry standard based day rates. Discounts are usually not given, unless the project is active for a long period of time with multiple deliverables.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn about the client, their business, and video needs. From there we put together a formal proposal with estimate included. Once budgets have been approved and contracts have been signed we dive into pre-production, production, then post-production.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If we’re counting from when I first began filming, I have nearly 20 years of experience ;)
